The most helpful tips:
- Please read everything on the screen, and make sure you scroll to the very bottom of the webpage.
- Please read the "help text" under the questions in the quiz, some questions require the information to be entered in a specific format, and this will tell you how.
Steps to take the test
To take the test please follow these steps:
- Click "Signup" at the top right of the website
- Click "Create a private profile" or login if you already have an account on the right (go to step 4)
- Fill out the form and click "Save". If you have troubles with the "Suburb" field, please see My suburb doesnt show in the list? below
- You should now be on a page that says “Welcome YOUR NAME!”
- Click "Nominate a store to pickup your results" – Yes you have not done your quiz yet, you need to nominate where your quiz will be sent to BEFORE you do it.
- In the text box, type your suburb or postcode ie: Camden
- A drop down box should appear, choose your suburb from it
- The text “Loading…” should appear, wait a few seconds
- When some more text shows up, scroll down and there should be a map of where you live with Stores around you listed down the left.
- Choose a store that is closest / most convenient for you to get to and click “Save” and wait for a prompt to pop up.
- A prompt will appear saying “You have nominated XXXXXXXXX as your store. Would you like to do the questionnaire now?”
- Push “OK”
- You can now start the Questionnaire
The webpage is really slow or not responsive?
There are alot of people on the website, if you come back later it should be fine.
My suburb doesnt show in the list?
This could be because you live in a new suburb. Simply type in a suburb that is near you and choose it from the menu, then overwrite the suburb / postcode with your suburb / postcode and it will let you past.
When i click the button to create my account or log in nothing happens?
You probably have javascript turned off. See how to enable javascript here.
All else fails
Download firefox, and it should fix any issues with your browser being old / operating system.
